I'm selling my 02-03 R1 setup. All you will need to buy is a set of clip-ons. It will come ready to bolt on to your FZR. Forks, wheel, rotors, brakes, triple. You'll have to swap your controls and brake lines and you'll need a new way to measure speed, but otherwise you're set. Have it ready to go in under an hour. Rebound, compression, and preload. Not to mention massive fork legs. I'll be posting some pictures shortly but for now you can see the setup in my sig. The fork legs are black though, unless you want the gold ones, in which case you can have those instead. They have a few knicks here and there but overall in good condition. One leg has a super small dent. Doesn't affect fork, but so you know it's there. Black legs are perfect. Brakes can be shot whatever color you choose or I can supply a set of the blue dots. $400 Shipped to the lower 48 for everything. The risers and bar are not part of the deal.
